When in doubt, make rice! That’s been my mantra for years. White rice, brown rice, wild rice…all as easy as simmering water. Rice is so easy to make, and you can keep it simple or play with add-ins and seasonings. And don’t forget about other healthy whole grain sides: bulgur wheat, quinoa, farro, and more. Perfect with salmon, chicken, anything Asian or Mexican. Make extra and treat yourself to a rice salad or fried rice later in the week!
