Ingredients

(6.5-ounce) cans solid white tuna fish
(drained)

(6.5-ounce) cans light tuna fish
1
heaping tablespoon
sweet relish
⅓
cup
mayonnaise
1
heaping teaspoon
Dijon mustard
2
tablespoons
finely chopped celery
2
tablespoons
finely chopped onion
2
teaspoons
red wine vinegar
(optional)
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
(to taste)
Instructions
Mix the tuna, relish, mayo, mustard, celery, onion, and vinegar (if using) in a medium-sized bowl. Add the salt and pepper and blend well.
Serve.
Notes
This tuna will last in the fridge for up to 4 days. Serve with crackers, in a sandwich, or on a salad.
