Ingredients
For the Dressing

olive oil

balsamic vinegar

Dijon mustard

teaspoons
honey

teaspoon
minced garlic
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
to taste
For the Salad

cherry tomatoes
halved

chopped fresh oregano
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.
Add the tomatoes and the oregano and toss to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
