111 or 12-ounce can pomegranate and orange soda see Note
1cupclub soda
2teaspoonspomegranate molasses
1teaspoonpomegranate balsamic vinegar
4sprigs fresh mint
Instructions
Insert a ginger candy into 4 cubes of an ice tray. Pour about 1/2 cup of the fresh orange juice into 4 compartments of the ice tray (2 with candies, 2 without), and pour the pomegranate juice into 4 other compartments (2 with candies, 2 without), filling each compartment. Freeze until solid.
Place 1 candy-filled juice ice cube and 1 plain orange juice ice cube each into 4 lowball or tumbler glasses (I obviously used three in the photo - I made a lot of cubes).
Fill a cocktail shaker ½ full with ice. Add the remaining cup orange juice, Pomegranate & Orange Soda, club soda, pomegranate molasses, and pomegranate balsamic vinegar. Shake well.
Divide between the glasses and garnish each glass with a sprig of mint.
Notes
Each drink is kept chilled with fresh orange and pomegranate juice ice cubes, which add flavor to the drink as they melt, instead of diluting it.
