Place the bananas, milk, honey, peanut butter and chocolate syrup into a blender. Pulse a few times, then puree until it is the desired texture.
Pour into glasses and serve cold.
Notes
The only difference in choosing between fresh or frozen bananas is how thick you want it to be. Frozen will make for a more milkshake-thick smoothie, whereas fresh will thicken up the smoothie a little, but it will not be really thick.
