Ingredients

mayonnaise

ketchup

brown mustard

finely chopped celery

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
(to taste)
Instructions
Blend together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, celery, parsley, and scallions in a medium-sized bowl.
Season with salt and pepper.
