Preheat the oven to 450 F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. You will be very happy that you did. Spray it with nonstick baking spray and place the salmon pieces on the sheet, not touching.
In a small bowl or container, combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Pour the marinade over the salmon pieces, making sure the sides are coated. Let sit for 15 minutes
Roast for 10 to 12 minutes, until the outside has a nice glazed look and the fish is cooked to your liking. Serve hot.
Notes
If you have time and want a more deeply flavored salmon dish, marinate the fish in the fridge for about 2 hours before cooking.
You can use other fish filets in place of the salmon; try cod or Arctic char.
