The Studio is an airy, spacious, well-lit shoot-in kitchen and photo studio on New York’s Upper East Side. It’s perfect for video, all kinds of food and product shoots, chef demos, product launches, and intimate dinners and cocktail parties.
The studio has all new GE appliances, including a 6-burner stove, dishwasher and a wine fridge. Flexible lighting — go from bright natural daylight shooting to cozy and warm dinner lighting and anything in between. There is a large marble countertop island surround the stove, making it ideal for entertaining guests or shooting while cooking.

Hours
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
$1,750/day
$900/half day
$180/hour, plus a $200 cleaning fee – Applies to events only. Photo or video shoots must be scheduled for a minimum of half a day.
Hours negotiable. Please inquire further about shoots that need to start earlier than 8:00 am or go later than 6:00 pm.
For evening events, hours are extended until 10:00 pm.
Discounts are available for extended bookings of five days or more.
The Studio is designed to shoot projects big and small, from food flatlays to large-production commercial work to chef cooking demos. Hold your workshops, speaker series, and food-focused events in our beautiful new space.

Kitchen + Props
Kitchen Equipment includes all high-end GE Café Appliances including a 6-burner gas range, dishwasher, 32-bottle wine fridge, and fridge with French doors, ice maker, and freezer section.
Various sized pots, pans, and any and all small kitchen equipment you may need. Table, glass, and flatware, as well as extensive serving dishes, are available for tastings and dinners of up to 24 people.
Other studio highlights include an extensive collection of over 1,000 unique props – from utensils, linens, and one-of-a-kind plates and bowls to sake cups from Japan and porcelain silverware. A range of professional food photography surfaces and sawhorses allow for breathing space while working.
